Chef Deborah Scott has created a menu full of masterpieces and her Famous Skirts on Fire is no exception – it features spicy skirt steak, mixed organic greens, grilled red onions, avocado, candied walnuts, blue cheese, garlic croutons, blue cheese and scallion quesadilla, balsamic vinaigrette. Portland, OR: Mike and Cathy opened Laurelwood as a reflection of what they wanted in a neighborhood restaurant. As native Pacific Northwesterners, it was important to support local farmers and purveyors as well supporting sustainability and the organic movement. The Panzanella Salad features grilled chicken breast, sundried tomato pesto, grilled Focaccia bread, roasted red peppers, Roma tomatoes and red onion – tossed in Workhorse IPA vinaigrette.
